// SECTION_01

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okpbet" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website and services operated at okpbet.bet, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, progressive web applications, and service APIs.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the okpbet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the okpbet platform, including the associated PHP wallet and transaction history.
• "Services" refers to all games, betting products, payment processing, promotions, customer support, and related services made available through okpbet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted to a Player by okpbet under specific promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PHP" refers to Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the sole operating currency of the okpbet platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action described in Section 9 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the okpbet platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okpbet platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the okpbet platform immediately and must not register an Account or deposit funds.

okpbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Players will be notified via platform announcement or registered contact details. The current version of the Terms is always available at okpbet.bet/terms-conditions.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The okpbet platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the KYC verification process. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdictional Eligibility

Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account. okpbet targets the Philippine market and is intended for use by persons accessing the platform from the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and may result in Account restrictions.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an okpbet Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active okpbet Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice and any balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpbet login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. okpbet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify okpbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

okpbet may require Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, PhilHealth, Driver's License, Passport), proof of payment method ownership, and selfie verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. okpbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Account balances, subject to applicable law and prior notification to the Player's registered contact details.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting okpbet support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure. Any active Bonus balances at the time of closure will be forfeited unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the okpbet platform are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). okpbet accepts the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be announced on the platform.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your okpbet Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. okpbet does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ₱100 PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

5.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your okpbet Account are from a legitimate source and are legally yours to use. okpbet reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures. Deposits suspected to be derived from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed the required KYC verification process. okpbet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Player's verified identity are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

okpbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) banking day of verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within the Player's Account withdrawal interface. High-value withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings generated from Bonus balances are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus-derived funds before Wagering Requirements are met will result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

okpbet offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section.

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in PHP and are valid only for the promotional period specified.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the Bonus. Expired Bonuses are automatically removed from the Account.
• okpbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice of material changes to active promotions.
• Bonuses are available for one Account per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing these limits through multiple Accounts or other means constitutes Bonus abuse.
• In the event of a dispute regarding Bonus terms, the decision of okpbet's compliance team is final and binding.
• okpbet reserves the right to reclaim Bonus amounts and void associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional loopholes, hedging bets across accounts, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okpbet platform — including live casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, sportsbook markets, and sabong — are governed by the specific rules of each game as documented within the game interface or on the relevant game studio's published rules.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All digital casino games (slots, video poker, RNG table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game studio. okpbet does not interfere with game outcomes. Live casino games are streamed in real time from physical studio environments with live dealers.

8.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, okpbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. okpbet is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

8.3 Sportsbook Rules

All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as displayed within the sportsbook. In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. Prices and markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice where circumstances require, including but not limited to: match postponement, abandonment, data irregularities, or suspected irregular betting patterns.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through another individual.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits, initiating unauthorized chargebacks, or using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer formats.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional systems through multiple Accounts, hedging strategies, or misrepresentation.
• Money Laundering: Using the okpbet platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to platform systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or disrupt the platform's operations.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, forged documents, or misleading statements to okpbet or its support team.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the okpbet platform — including but not limited to the okpbet brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, game graphics and audio (where proprietary), promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of okpbet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any okpbet content without prior written authorization from okpbet.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

okpbet collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

okpbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your okpbet Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily suspend your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period expires.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okpbet's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpbet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data;
• Losses arising from network outages, internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, or force majeure events;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners;
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Decisions made by regulatory or law enforcement authorities that affect the availability of the platform or specific services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits okpbet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

14. Suspension & Termination

okpbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• okpbet is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• okpbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the Account;
• The Player's use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, okpbet will endeavor to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the Player via their registered contact details. Verified Account balances not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player following account closure, subject to successful KYC verification.

15. Amendments to Terms

okpbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted at okpbet.bet/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, okpbet will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to active Players via platform notification or registered contact details.

Your continued use of the okpbet platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through okpbet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding the okpbet platform should first contact the Player support team to allow okpbet the opportunity to resolve the matter informally. okpbet aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) banking days and to provide a final response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
